So how does that work, you might ask...a little bit coffee shop, a little bit cafe, a little bit bar? Our owners, Michael Rice and Matt Sears, designed a physical space that was intentionally filled with culture, color, and beauty from around the world. We want you to feel like you’re in another time or place, whether you choose to sit at the bar, a table, booth, or in the lounge. Our space is built to transition well from day to night, so it’s perfect for a morning meeting, an after-work drink, and a late-night hang out.
Think “Old World-meets-Ottoman Empire-meets-French Revolution” with accent pieces collected over years from all kinds of places (just as the Count collected and curated pieces from around the world in The Count of Monte Cristo). We’ve even got the old back bar from Yesterday’s Bar, the infamous Chattanooga landmark of yesteryear. So when people tell us, “I feel like I’m not in Chattanooga!” that’s the biggest compliment we could receive!
